About me

I'm a creative director disguised as a magician.

For more than 20 years, I've built my career around understanding one thing better than most people: attention.

What captures it. What holds it. And, most importantly, what turns it into emotion, action, and connection.

My journey has taken me through branding, marketing, filmmaking, education, entrepreneurship, and live performance. Along the way, I've produced more than 5,000 videos, built an audience approaching one million subscribers, spoken at Google Headquarters, earned a Guinness World Record, been recognized by Discovery Channel, and worked with brands ranging from startups to global companies like Google, NBC, Universal, Sony, PepsiCo, Ducati, and DJI.

But titles and accomplishments have never been what drive me.

What fascinates me is the moment an idea becomes unforgettable, and the people it takes to get there.

I've spent my life studying how people experience the world. As a filmmaker, I learned visual storytelling. As a marketer, I learned how ideas spread. As an educator, I learned how people learn, and how to mentor them, teaching hundreds of thousands of students through platforms I built from the ground up. As a performer, I learned how to hold attention in real time. As an entrepreneur, I learned how to turn creativity into results.

Those experiences taught me something most people miss. People rarely remember information. They remember how something made them feel. That belief sits at the center of everything I create, and everything I lead.

Here's where I am today: I still love making things, but what excites me most now is leading the people who make them. I want to direct creative teams, bring big ideas to life alongside talented collaborators, and build the kind of environment where other people can do their best work.

At Dealerware, I spent five years as the company's primary creative resource, leading the Dealerware+ rebrand and directing all creative for INSPIRE, our biggest industry event of the year, from brand identity to the full guest experience. Working closely with a small, tight-knit team taught me what I already suspected about myself: I don't just want to make things. I want to lead the people who make them.

I've collaborated with organizations including Google, NBC, Universal, Sony, PepsiCo, Ducati, DJI, Dealerware, and countless entrepreneurs, creators, and businesses looking to stand out in a noisy world. At DJI, I contributed during one of the most transformative periods in modern filmmaking technology, helping bring drones and stabilization systems from a niche market into the hands of creators everywhere.

Through my educational platforms, I built global communities and mentored hundreds of thousands of students, drawing on a deep understanding of human psychology to help them build confidence, set boundaries, and pursue their goals.

Today, I bring all of those worlds together. Strategy and storytelling. Creativity and psychology. Leadership and craft.

Whether I'm directing a creative team, building a brand, or shaping a campaign, my goal stays the same: create something people remember, and build a team that keeps creating long after I've handed them the reins.

At my core, I'm a builder and a leader. I build brands. I build teams. I build experiences. And most importantly, I build the conditions where other people's best ideas can come to life.
